WHO WE ARE

Advent Consulting Associates is a privately owned and operated firm that specializes in management consulting services to public sector and non-profit organizations. 

We are certified by the California Department of General Services (DGS) as a Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) and a Small Business Enterprise (SBE). 

We are incorporated in the State of California and our offices are located in Elk Grove, just 20 minutes south of Sacramento.

Our mission is to help increase the quality of programs and services provided to the public and underserved communities through the application of effective techniques in management and organizational behavior.

What's New?

Advent is currently engaged on several projects with California State agencies to improve the effectiveness of state operations and resources.

• Advent Consulting is beginning a partnership with RiteofPassage and the California Division of Juvenile Justice to perform a statewide deployment of normative culture.
• Advent Consulting partnered with TIAX-LLC to conduct the first comprehensive cost-benefit analysis of California's alternative energy generation programs for the CEC.
• We worked with a large California State agency to perform a comprehensive study of internal human resource operations and to plan for several large scale operating improvements.
• In partnership with TSS Consultants, we completed a study of best practices in the use of biotechnology energy use for the California Energy Commission.
